Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person on Sundays in Brighton.
Follow the steps below to get started.
Booking your session
Before your first breathwork session, I ask new clients to complete a short intake form. This helps me understand what you’re experiencing so our work together can be supportive and aligned with your needs. Here’s how the process works:

Share a little about yourself and what you’re seeking support with.

Once I receive your form, I’ll email you within 24 hours with availability and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll receive a private booking link to choose a time that works for you. Sessions are available online or in-person.
